The Summer Instrumental Music Collaborative (SIMC) for wind, string, and percussion students entering grades 5 through 9 will be held from Monday, June 30 to Friday, July 11, 2025.
The program hours are from 8:15 am to 12:15 pm Monday through Friday (Friday, July 4th will be off due to Independence Day). |

NOTES
- Caregivers will be responsible for transporting students to and from SIMC.
- The cost of registration includes a T-shirt for each participant.
- Family members are invited to attend a concert to be held at 10:00 AM on the last day of the program in the Ahern Auditorium.
Faculty
The summer program faculty members are looking forward to working with your children in their pursuit of becoming better musicians. These adults will be assisted by outstanding college and high school musicians who will serve as program counselors.

We make MUSIC It is our goal for all participants to receive a fun and positive musical experience in a variety of group performance areas including: Concert Band, String Orchestra, Small Group Sections, Chamber Music Ensembles, Instrumental Techniques, Symphony Orchestra, and Jazz Band.

In order to provide a well-balanced experience, the daily schedule will include recreational activities such as: kickball, capture the flag, Frisbee, volleyball, Spirit Days, and a scavenger hunt.
